Could you post a .pdf version of this presentation? The equations from slide 10 onward are not rendering properly in LibreOffice 3.5 (Ubuntu 12.04). Thanks!
New version is posted as zip file, but likely to still have rendering problems if using anything but PowerPoint on a PC, not mac or Linux (thanx alot Microsoft). I even noticed that Adobe PDF printer couldn’t make the PDF — had to use PDFcreator. Sigh.
